Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items:

Lipstick, nail paint, foundation, kajal, mascara, eyeliner, and other cosmetic products once opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible returns:

Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Refunds:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
